Biography

Danyi Xu is an antitrust and competition lawyer based in Tokyo.

Danyi advises Asia-based and multi-national companies on multi-jurisdictional merger filings (including merger control procedures before China's Antimonopoly Law authorities), cartel investigations, and general competition compliance matters across a number of variety of industry sectors such as aviation, shipping, mining, chemicals, energy, financial services, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, automotive and fast-moving consumer goods.
