Alden Tan is a project finance and banking lawyer based in Singapore.

Alden’s experience includes advising lenders and borrowers on secured syndicated and bilateral term and revolving credit facilities, green loan structures and sustainability linked loans, and amendments to existing financing arrangements. He has also drafted and reviewed a wide range of security documents including debentures, mortgages, share charges, subordination deeds, and guarantees. His experience covers financing for mixed-use developments, logistics facilities, hospitality assets, and renewable energy projects.
