We have well-established employee resources groups in Australia to help foster a culture that allows people to be themselves at work.

  • Office based Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committees – each office has a local DE&I Committee made up of interested partners and staff who provide inspiration for events and initiatives locally based around the various DE&I pillars.
  • CATCH at Norton Rose Fulbright (Carers, Advocates, Teachers and Champions) – for those who care for elderly relatives and/or people in their family with disability and long term illness.
  • Pride – aims to create a more inclusive and accepting environment for our LGBTIQ+ colleagues and is our largest and most active Network.
  • Cultural diversity think-tank – this working group help to inform our strategy and programs on cultural diversity including our annual flagship event, policy design and learning and development programs to support the our focus on building greater cultural and linguistic diversity within our workforce.
