OSHA proposes to revoke Arizona’s occupational safety and health plan

In April 2022, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration proposed revoking its approval of Arizona's occupational safety and health plan, saying the state has failed to adopt OSHA's emergency temporary standard for occupational exposure to COVID-19 and has a history of failing to meet its obligations under the plan. Under the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1980, states may opt to develop and enforce their own occupational safety and health standards by obtaining federal approval for a state plan, a process Arizona completed in 1985.
OSHA accepted comments on its proposal to revoke approval of the state plan for 35 days, ending May 26, 2022. Once OSHA completes its review of public comments, testimony and evidence, it will make it decision about revocation, but it has not shared an expected deadline.

Understanding hydrogen in Indonesia
As a general remark, Indonesia has not, at the date of preparing this summary, issued any regulation on hydrogen production, distribution and trade. It is expected that the upcoming New and Renewable Energy Law will provide a legal framework for the exploitation and utilisation of various new energy sources, including hydrogen.
