Biography

Erin Riley is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's St. Louis office. Erin has experience with heatlhcare transactions and regulatory matters. Specifically, she has experience with transactions involving health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and private equity firms. She regularly assists with drafting agreements, drafting organizational documents, and conducting due diligence. 

Erin advises clients on fraud and abuse matters as well as change of ownership considerations. She has experience assisting graduate medical education programs with ACGME compliance.
