Energage names Norton Rose Fulbright one of its “Top Workplaces”
United States | Press release - Recognition | January 31, 2022
Norton Rose Fulbright has been named one of the "Top Workplaces" from employee engagement firm Energage, winning its "National USA Award."
This recognition is based on the responses of more than 1,000 of the firm's US personnel who participated in a third-party survey last spring.
Jeff Cody, Norton Rose Fulbright's US Managing Partner, said:
"We are delighted and proud to be listed as one of the Top Workplaces. We strive every day to create a culture of genuine inclusivity, meaningful engagement and spirited collaboration across our firm. It is our people and their commitment to each other who make this firm a truly exceptional workplace."
The survey examined the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and more. Responses to this survey were compared to other participating organizations across the US.
The same survey results also were used last fall to determine the "Remote Work Award" and Houston's "Top Workplaces," as Norton Rose Fulbright also received recognition on those lists.
Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 23 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception 14 years ago.
