Norton Rose Fulbright advises Impax Asset Management on the sale of a 124 MW wind portfolio to ERG Renew

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Impax Asset Management (Impax) on the sale of 11 wind farms in France with an overall capacity of 124 MW to ERG Renew S.p.A, one of the largest Italian renewable energy companies.
The deal is scheduled to close by the end of year. This is the latest in a series of wind portfolio deals for Impax over the past five years, several of which Norton Rose Fulbright has advised on.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team in Paris that advised Impax was led by partner Arnaud Bélisaire, assisted by of counsel Thomas Rabain, senior associate Eran Chvika and associate Aude d’Argentré. Partner Laure Joncour and of counsel Marie-Thérèse Eugenio advised on employment law aspects of the deal and partner Laurence Toxé provided tax advice.
