Norton Rose Fulbright advises lenders on a multi-currency revolving credit facility increase and extension for Pfleiderer Polska Group

The Warsaw office advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. acting as agent and security agent and Bank Millennium S.A. as lender, on the increase and extension of a multi-currency revolving credit facility for the Pfleiderer Polska Group members.

The purpose of this credit facility is to support the Group's general corporate purposes and working capital requirements. The financing also included the ancillary facilities provided by each lender to the Pfleiderer Polska Group members.

The team was led by counsel Jacek Smardzewski and included also associate Michał Rutkowski and lawyer Dominika Wojtkowska. The team worked under the supervision of partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski, who heads the Warsaw office and the firm’s Warsaw banking and finance practice.
