Norton Rose Fulbright advises Top Spring International on US$115 million acquisition

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Top Spring International Holdings Limited on its US$115 million acquisition of an 85% equity interest in Shanghai Huanjian Investment Company Limited and a 0.85% equity interest in Shanghai Huantang Cultural Communication Company Limited.

Top Spring International Holdings Limited is a real estate property developer in China and is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Shanghai Huanjian Investment Company owns a 99% equity interest in Shanghai Huantang Cultural Communication Company, which owns land in Pudong New District, Shanghai.
