Norton Rose Fulbright advises consortium of banks on US$304 million top-up placing of shares for China Hongqiao

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised CMB International, UBS, CICC and CNCB on a US$304 million top-up placing of shares for China Hongqiao Group Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 

China Hongqiao Group Limited is the world’s largest aluminum producer.

Norton Rose Fulbright has previously advised CMB International and UBS on the US$249 million top-up placing of shares for China Hongqiao Group Limited. 

Terence Lau, Hong Kong based corporate and capital markets partner, who led on the deal, commented:
