Seizing opportunities: Restructuring of the workforce

The COVID pandemic is forcing companies to realign their business model and improve competitiveness. In the process, restructuring and workforce reduction measures are coming into focus. Despite comparable employment regulations, employers need to be aware of the specific differences within Europe and the UK when it comes to remote working issues, downsizing or changing terms and conditions of employment.
