Biography
Laure Joncour is an employment lawyer based in Paris and is head of the employment team.
Laure regularly advises multinational companies, particularly in the technology and financial institution sectors, on their French operations. Laure’s extensive experience covers the entire spectrum of employment law, including individual and collective relationships, restructuring program, international mobility and employment aspects of investigation / compliance and in M&A transactions.
Before joining the firm, Laure spent 17 years in another international law firm as head of the employment law department and became a partner in 2003. Prior to that, she worked in the legal department of the URSSAF (the Paris social security authority) and joined private practice in 1992.
