It has been a year and a month since Alyssa Milano tweeted 'me too' in order to give the world a sense of the magnitude of sexual harassment.

Now more than ever before, women are speaking up about their experiences and calling out perpetrators. Yet, there is still tremendous concern about coming forward; especially given the President's recent criticisms of the movement. Are things as bad as people and the media say they are? Why is this continuing to happen in the workplace? Should employers be rethinking their reporting mechanisms and training programs? What should employees expect from their employers? What should employers expect from its employees?
