Norton Rose Fulbright advises on landmark IPO

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised CIMB Securities Limited (CIMB) as sole sponsor and the consortium of underwriters on the initial public offering of Evergreen Products Group Limited (Evergreen). This is the first listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of a company with main business operations and manufacturing base in Bangladesh.

CIMB is a company that provides banking products and services, investment banking and equities brokerage and research coverage services. These are service/product offerings by CIMB in general and are not particularly for this transaction.

Evergreen is the leading global manufacturer of hair goods, including wigs, hairpieces, braids and high-end human hair extensions. Evergreen designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of hair goods, with their principal market being the United States.
