London office advises Jet2 on JOLCO financings for 2 x A321 deliveries from Airbus

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Jet2 on two of its latest Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) financings for the delivery of two new A321 aircraft from Airbus.
These financings comprised equity from SMFL and debt co-arranged by SMBC and HSBC.
Throughout 2023, Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Jet2 plc on 4 major JOLCO financings, with these latest deals following previous JOLCO financings with NBB/Bank of China.
OmCap provided advice to Jet2 on each of the four JOLCO financings.
