The American College of Bankruptcy, an association of distinguished bankruptcy and insolvency professionals, has honored Jason Boland (Houston) by naming him a Fellow in its 34th class of inductees.

Jason will join the College's over 950 Fellows, each recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice. Each Fellow is selected by a Board of Regents from recommendations of the Circuit Admissions Councils in each federal judicial circuit, and specially appointed Committees for Judicial and International Fellows. The rigorous criteria for admission also includes a minimum of 15 years of practice, 10 of which must involve specialization in bankruptcy and insolvency.

Jason is Norton Rose Fulbright's US Co-Head of Restructuring. He has a diverse and nationwide practice centering on business bankruptcy matters and complex commercial disputes, representing a broad range of clients including debtors, committees, lenders, litigation trustees, indenture trustees and secured and unsecured creditors, in both transactional and litigation-related engagements.

The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals and plays an important role in sustaining professional excellence in the field. College Fellows include business and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, judges and other governmental officials, corporate turnaround specialists, accountants, financial advisors, academics and others in the bankruptcy and insolvency community around the world.

The induction ceremony in honor of the new Fellows will take place at the Smithsonian Portrait Gallery Atrium in Washington, DC in March 2023.
