Norton Rose Fulbright advises consortium of banks on PLN 330 million financing for Farm Frites Poland S.A.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. on a debt financing extended to Farm Frites Poland SA. The total value of the financing was equal to PLN 330 million (EUR 71,95 million). The funds will be used for financing working capital requirements and the development of two new production lines.

The transaction involved negotiating facility agreement, ancillary facility agreements, hedging agreements and security documents, on the lenders’ side. The refinancing of the existing indebtedness increased the complexity of the financing structure.

The Warsaw team was led by senior associate Krzysztof Gorzelak and included associate Oskar Sula, associate Karolina Majcher and lawyer Jakub Wiatrzyk.

The team worked under the supervision of partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski who heads the Warsaw office and the firm’s Warsaw banking and finance practice.

Farm Frites Poland SA is a part of Farm Frites Group and Aviko Group and the leading producer of frozen French fries in Central and Eastern Europe.
