Norton Rose Fulbright appoints two public M&A and equity capital markets partners in Sydney

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today welcomes corporate partners Michael Gajic and Ashley Rose in Sydney, focusing on public M&A and equity capital markets. Michael and Ashley have a long history of working together and advising a range of global and domestic clients.

Michael Gajic

Michael is a corporate lawyer with over two decades’ experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and capital raisings. He is a highly regarded advisor on Australian public M&A transactions, having advised on several of Australia’s landmark takeovers and schemes. Michael’s practice focuses on advising publicly listed companies on transactional and advisory matters in a broad range of industry sectors. He also advises activist investors and listed companies on shareholder activism issues.

Michael has previously been a partner at both Australian and international law firms, most recently at Squire Patton Boggs.

Ashley Rose

Ashley acts for corporate and institutional clients on cross-border M&A, equity capital markets and restructurings on market-leading transactions. He has strong connections with US-based clients and has a wide range of experience in advising on public M&A and capital markets including takeovers and schemes, initial public offerings, capital raisings and novel market transactions on multi-jurisdictional securities exchanges. 

Ashley has previously been a partner at both Australian and international law firms, most recently at Squire Patton Boggs.
