Claudia is a Senior Associate in Norton Rose Fulbright’s investigations and compliance team based in London. She specialises in cross-border external and internal investigations, enforcement proceedings and compliance, with a focus on bribery, money laundering, fraud and regulatory compliance.

Claudia has considerable experience of advising both large multi-national companies and financial institutions, as well as individuals, on a range of investigations involving authorities and regulators worldwide, across a variety of sectors. She also specialises in conducting whistleblower and other internal investigations. She also has significant experience of designing and implementing financial crime compliance programmes (including for the new UK Failure to Prevent Fraud Offence) and conducting transactional due diligence. 

Claudia was listed in GIR’s list of the global top 100 Women in  Investigations 2025. She was also previously the youngest lawyer to have featured in Law.com’s annual UK Women Rising Stars list 2023; and is listed in Legal 500 as a ‘Rising star’ for Financial services: Contentious and as a key lawyer for Regulatory Investigations and Corporate Crime (Advice to Corporates) and White-Collar Crime: Advice to Individuals.
