Biography
Boris Martella is an employment and labor lawyer based in the Milan office.
He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance, regularly advising domestic and international clients, as well as senior executives and directors, across the full spectrum of employment and labor law matters.
He also assists clients on sports law, providing both judicial and extrajudicial assistance to sport clubs, athletes, sport directors and agents. His experience includes advising on all matters pertaining to transfer of contracts, employment relationships within the sporting sector, disciplinary proceedings, sponsorship agreements and the management of image rights.
Prior to joining us, Boris worked in the Milan office of Italian and international law firms.
