concerning the first nuclear power station in the Arabian Peninsula. - Acting for a not-for-profit housing developer in a dispute in relation to the design and construction of
cladding system at the development. - Acting for an employer in ICC arbitral and DAB proceedings in connection with disputes arising under a

- Acted for Development Victoria on the Geelong Convention and Event Centre PPP and commercial

Franchise Project. - Acted for Homes Victoria on the Victorian Public Housing Renewal Program to deliver 1,4000 new social,
affordable and market rental homes using a PPP ground lease model. - Acted for Homes Victoria and the Department of Treasury and Finance in the $2 billion Social Housing
Growth Fund. - Acted for the Department of Justice and Community Safety on the construction and service delivery of
numerous correctional facilities across Victoria. - Acted for John Laing consortium in its bid for the Stations Trains Operations and Maintenance PPP for the
Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Rail. - Acted for an ASX100 listed entity on partnership arrangements for hydrogen facilities and developing
technologies. - Acted for the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance in the peer review of the PPP Standard Form
