The new judicial package brings amendments regarding personal rights and crypto assets

The new judiciary package presented to the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM) brings new regulations to crypto assets with the aim of effectively combatting crimes committed via digital technologies and preventing unfair gains easily obtained by criminal individuals.
