2022 Global Chair Farmida Bi presented with CBE at Windsor Castle

Farmida Bi, Chair of Europe, Middle East and Asia who will become Global Chair on January 1, 2022, attended her Investiture to accept her award as Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) at Windsor Castle on December 15. Farmida was presented with her CBE by HRH Prince Charles, Prince of Wales.
In October 2020, Farmida was made a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours 2020 for services to the legal profession and to charity. The CBE is awarded to individuals for having a prominent role at national level or a leading role at regional level. CBEs are also awarded for distinguished and innovative contribution to any area.
Earlier this month, Farmida was announced as the firm's Global Chair for 2022. In this role, Farmida will focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Farmida will launch the 2022 Global Charitable Initiative to the global firm in January 2022.
