- 7-Eleven - on in class action proceedings commenced by franchisees (Federal Court of Australia).
- Payment's provider - on its obligations under ASIC’s new and strengthened breach reporting regime.
- Consumer lender - on an investigation by ASIC into contraventions of the Australian Consumer Credit Law.
- ASIC - on its investigation into and the commencement of proceedings against eleven current and former directors and officers of The Star Entertainment Group Ltd for alleged contraventions of their statutory duties (Federal Court of Australia).
