Alexandra has a broad range of litigation experience, including regulatory investigations, complex commercial disputes and corporate insolvency. She advises clients in relation to company law, directors duties, disclosure and other regulatory enforcement matters.

- Acciona Infrastructure - on its misleading and deceptive conduct claim against Transport for New South Wales in relation to the Sydney Light Rail (Supreme Court of New South Wales).
- 7-Eleven - on in class action proceedings commenced by franchisees (Federal Court of Australia).
- Payment's provider - on its obligations under ASIC’s new and strengthened breach reporting regime.
- Consumer lender - on an investigation by ASIC into contraventions of the Australian Consumer Credit Law.
- ASIC - on its investigation into and the commencement of proceedings against eleven current and former directors and officers of The Star Entertainment Group Ltd for alleged contraventions of their statutory duties (Federal Court of Australia).
