Reid Berman is developing a broad practice in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters.

Reid joined us as a summer student in 2020 and returned to article in 2021-2022. During his articling term, he completed a secondment at the Bank of Montreal, where he worked on a variety of security and regulatory matters.

While attending law school, Reid was a caseworker with Queen's Legal Aid and received the course prize in Civil Procedure. Reid also completed his MBA at Queen's University, during which time he managed a portfolio in Canada's largest student-run alternative asset fund.
