Robert Bilak
Biography
Robert Bilak is an associate in our litigation and disputes group. He regularly assists clients with matters relating to contract disputes, regulatory and environmental compliance, indigenous law, and defamation claims.
During law school, Robert volunteered as a caseworker for pro bono legal clinics, and was a co-editor-in-chief of the Alberta Law Review. He continues to be engaged with pro bono initiatives and volunteers with the Alberta branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
Robert joined our Calgary office as an articling student after completing a 10-month articling term with the Alberta Court of Appeal in Calgary under the Honourable Mr. Justice William T. de Wit.
