Biography

Stéphane Braun is a corporate finance lawyer based in Luxembourg, where he is the head of office. He has more than 18 years' experience working in the Luxembourg market.

Stéphane advises local and international clients on all matters relating to corporate, M&A and securities, banking and finance transactions, equity and debt capital markets transactions including the set-up of securitization structures. Stéphane also advises on bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency matters in a wide range of industrial, financial, commercial and governmental sectors.
