Biography

Stéphane Braun is a capital markets lawyer based in Luxembourg. He is the Head of the Luxembourg practice. Stéphane advises clients on international capital markets and banking transactions in a wide range of industrial, financial, commercial and governmental sectors.

Stéphane has particular experience of advising on debt and equity securities, securitization, restructuring and insolvency, regulatory matters and clearing and settlement, including asset financing and secured syndicated lending.

Stéphane worked for many years at law firms in Luxembourg before joining the firm. He is fluent in English and French.

Stéphane and his team advise major banks and corporations, institutional and sovereign entities, as well as other professionals in the financial
sector.
