Biography
Dana Haidar is an employment and labour associate, handling a range of issues for employers within both provincial and federal jurisdictions, across unionized and non-unionized settings. Her practice covers various facets of employment and labour law, addressing matters relating to hiring, termination, labour standards, human rights and freedoms, grievance management, and the interpretation of employment contracts and collective agreements.
Throughout her legal studies, Ms. Haidar served as a research assistant for professors at the University of Ottawa, contributing her skills to projects in public law and competition law.
During the 2022-2023 judicial year, Ms. Haidar clerked for the Honourable Justice Johanne Gauthier at the Federal Court of Appeal.
