Biography

Ian Lam is a banking and finance lawyer based in London.

He has experience advising both financial institutions and borrowers on a broad range of international financings, including acquisition finance, asset-based lending and structured trade and commodities finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ian was an in-house legal counsel at a major Singapore bank supporting the corporate banking business.
