Biography
Inès Niot is a tax lawyer based in Luxembourg.
Inès is experienced in advising private equity, real estate and national and multinational clients on a wide range of transactional and advisory work, with a focus on domestic and international tax aspects.
Inès regularly assists her clients on complex cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings (mergers, acquisition, spin-off projects, refinancing, migration, pre-acquisition structuring and post-acquisition integration, permanent establishment), tax litigation, design and structuring of alternative investment fund structure (including fund set-up, investor-level structuring and target structuring) and tax structuring of real estate investments, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and compliance with regulatory environments.
