We are delighted to host this interactive session for the Middle East insurance market, in which we explore the practicalities of arbitration as an alternative to onshore Middle East courts systems, the process, key benefits and challenges of arbitration.

We will also be conducting a live simulated cross-examination on (i) underwriting evidence and (ii) a claim for coverage under a Policy, taken from a few recent real life Middle East case examples.

The session will be hosted by the Norton Rose Fulbright Middle East Insurance team and we will be joined by David Turner KC of 4 New Square Chamber who is a leading insurance KC. David will be conducting the live cross-examination.
