Norton Rose Fulbright advises Angelcare on acquisition of Pabobo

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Angelcare, a Canadian group specialised in the conception of innovative childcare articles and solutions, on the acquisition from its founders of French Company RSCU Europe, known under commercial name Pabobo, specialised in the conception of lighting systems and innovative nightlights for children. The transaction was signed on July 13, 2017.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team in charge of advising Angelcare was led from Paris by Karine Montagut and Marie-Adélaïde de Fleurieu, assisted by Anne Laredo and Charlotte Grolimund. Nadège Martin, of counsel, was in charge of the IT/IP aspects of the operation. Marta Giner Asins, partner, and Michel Pflieger, were in charge of the distribution law aspects. Philippe Hameau, partner, was in charge of the restructuring aspects. Marie-Thérèse Eugenio, of counsel, and Elodie Grangier were in charge of the employment law aspects of the transaction.
