New York office named Top Workplace

Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office has been awarded a 2023 "Top Workplaces" honor by amNY Metro for the second consecutive year.

The recognition is based on a survey administered to firm personnel by employee engagement firm Energage to measure job satisfaction last summer. Feedback from New York personnel led to the firm's spot on the list. The survey measured 15 culture drivers such as appreciation, meaningfulness and values, believed to contribute to workplace satisfaction.

"We are excited to again be named among the Top Workplaces in New York," said Judith A. Archer, Co-Partner-in-Charge in New York alongside Vincent Dunn. "We know that long-term employee satisfaction is driven by factors such as culture, career development and a sense of feeling valued. We truly care about our people and are grateful for everything they do to help us earn this recognition."

More than 350 people comprise the firm's New York office, including more than 200 lawyers serving clients in a range of practice areas.

Energage, which conducted the survey, works to help organizations turn employee feedback into useful business intelligence and credible employer recognition through "Top Workplaces."

Norton Rose Fulbright also won a "Top Workplaces USA" honor earlier this year.
