Biography
Roxanne Caron is an intellectual property lawyer. Her practice focuses on information governance, technology, privacy and commercial intellectual property.
Prior to joining us, Roxanne worked at the Centre of Genomics and Policy and interned at the Centre for Applied Ethics of the McGill University Health Centre. Her research focused on the use of AI in biotechnologies, the design of regulatory frameworks for biobanking, and the ethics of doping in sports.
As a student, Roxanne completed a secondment in our Toronto office, where she assisted with various commercial and litigation matters related to intellectual property.
