Norton Rose Fulbright advises institutional investor on Islamic financing of Dutch logistics property

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised an institutional investor in respect of the Islamic financing of a logistics property located in the harbour area of Rotterdam.

The firm advised on the Islamic financing aspects of the transaction, including in respect of Shariah-compliant issues, Islamic finance hedging and legal due diligence of the property.

The cross-border Norton Rose Fulbright team advising on the deal included lawyers from across the firm’s banking and finance and real estate practices.
