Biography
Artur Jończyk is a corporate finance lawyer based in Warsaw.
He focuses on providing legal services to Polish and international companies. Since the beginning of his career as a lawyer, he has worked on M&A, primarily focusing on projects involving the acquisition of blocks of shares, restructuring of holding companies and large corporations.

Advised Lantmännen Energi AB on the acquisition of 100 percent of shares in Ekobenz from Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. and minority shareholders.
Advised Accession Capital Partners (ACP) on its mezzanine and minority investment in POLMED S.A., one of Poland’s largest private healthcare groups.
- Advised a consortium of financial institutions on the PLN 3.7 billion (€880 million) refinancing of Światłowód Inwestycje, Poland’s largest wholesale-only fibre-optic network operator.
- Advised Aegon Growth Capital Fund on the sale of 44% share stake in Phinance.
- Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on €3 billion project financing for the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind project developed in a joint venture with Ørsted.
- Advised Velvet CARE on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue.
