New rights for employees

The Export Control (Russia, Crimea and Sevastopol Sanctions) (Amendment) Order 2015 has amended the existing sanctions order against Russia so as to give effect to Council Regulation (EU) 2015/1797. The amended Order, which came into force on 16 December 2015, makes clear that prior authorisation must be obtained for the provision of technical or financial assistance in relation to the sale and supply of hydrazine and certain hydrazine compounds.
