Evening seminar
San Antonio, TX Accreditation 1.0 | February 11, 2020Join us for cocktails in the recently opened Frost Tower where we will present the Norton Rose Fulbright 2019 Litigation Trends Annual Survey.
As the longest running survey of its kind, this year's survey features perspectives from 287 US corporate counsel, where respondents stated they foresee an economic downturn that will lead to a rise in disputes. Many companies, the survey found, have begun taking preventative steps to manage the increased risk posed by the growing number of disputes.
Our roundtable of panelists will discuss the trends they see impacting their business and how in-house counsel can respond.
