Norton Rose Fulbright con Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A. nell'acquisizione di Apvs S.r.l.

Norton Rose Fulbright ha assistito Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A. (“Veneto Sviluppo”), finanziaria della regione del Veneto, nell’esercizio del diritto ad essa spettante con riferimento all 65,8% del capitale sociale di Apvs S.r.l. (“Apvs”), società che detiene il 53% di Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A., gestore della Stazione Marittima di Venezia. Con questa acquisizione, Veneto Sviluppo acquisisce il controllo di APVS S.r.l.
