Norton Rose Fulbright con Tages Capital per l’acquisto di 35 impianti fotovoltaici

Norton Rose Fulbright ha assistito Tages Capital SGR, società di gestione del fondo comune di investimento alternativo immobiliare riservato istituito in forma chiusa Tages Helios, nell’acquisto da S.E.C.I (gruppo industriale Maccaferri) dell’intero capitale sociale di Finsolar S.r.l., Sicilia Solare S.r.l., FTV Apea S.r.l., Pietrafitta FV S.r.l. and Società Agricola Sintonage a r.l., società veicolo proprietarie di 25 impianti fotovoltaici a terra e 10 impianti fotovoltaici su serra della potenza complessiva di ca. 51,2 MWp.

Il portafoglio di impianti rappresenta la terza acquisizione di impianti fotovoltaici del Fondo Tages Helios, confermando il suo posizionamento come terzo operatore nel settore fotovoltaico in Italia.
