NRF part of global steering committee and inaugural Drafting Group to support the development of a universal NDA.

The Drafting Group will be responsible for agreeing the baseline NDA which we will use as our oneNDA template. We’ll then ask our Committee which is made up of a number of (awesome) in-house counsel from various industries to review, approve and adopt.
