Biography

Sebastian Eisenhut is a corporate lawyer based in Munich. His main industry focus is on the energy, infrastructure, and technology sector, including in particular businesses driven by the energy and mobility transition.

He regularly advises clients on energy projects, including geothermal projects where he has substantial experience. He further regularly advises clients on national and international M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions as well as on corporate reorganisations with a strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sector. Sebastian's experience includes in particular advice on investments in startups and growth companies from a corporate and investor perspective.

Before joining the firm in 2016, he worked in our Munich and Tokyo offices alongside his legal traineeship.
