Biography
Yolanda is a banking and finance lawyer based in London.
She has experience in project development, commercial contracts, project finance, general banking and finance, and has advised on the development of power and infrastructure projects in Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Collapse all- Representation of International Finance Corporation on the debt financing for Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited, Nigeria for the construction of a new fetilizer line that expands its capacity of urea fertilizer to more than 2.8 million tons.
- Representation of Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden (FMO), Faysal Bank Limited and other Pakistan banks on the non-recourse debt financing of the Helios, Meridian and HNDS solar PV power projects in Sukkur, Pakistan.
- Representation of Masdar on the development, construction, operation and financing aspects of the development of a 500MW Wind Farm in Uzbekistan.
- Representation of a consortium of syndicated lenders in a syndicated financing of approximately 65 trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas in Mozambique.
- Representation of the Government of Botswana as part of the ALSF advisory consortuim for the developmen of a 20MW and up to 100MW coal bed methane power plant in the Lesedi Area of Botswana.
