Biography

Yolanda is a banking and finance lawyer based in London.

  • Representation of International Finance Corporation on the debt financing for Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited, Nigeria for the construction of a new fetilizer line that expands its capacity of urea fertilizer to more than 2.8 million tons. 
  • Representation of Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden (FMO), Faysal Bank Limited and other Pakistan banks on the non-recourse debt financing of the Helios, Meridian and HNDS solar PV power projects in Sukkur, Pakistan. 
  • Representation of Masdar on the development, construction, operation and financing aspects of the development of a 500MW Wind Farm in Uzbekistan. 
  • Representation of a consortium of syndicated lenders in a syndicated financing of approximately 65 trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas in Mozambique. 
  • Representation of the Government of Botswana as part of the ALSF advisory consortuim for the developmen of a 20MW and up to 100MW coal bed methane power plant in the Lesedi Area of Botswana.
