Biography
Camille Charlebois is a civil and commercial litigation lawyer in the Québec City office. Her practice focuses primarily on civil and professional liability, insurance, construction, as well as issues specific to financial institutions.
In the 2022–2023 judicial year, Ms. Charlebois served as a law clerk at the Québec Court of Appeal for the Honourable Justice Simon Ruel, where she gained significant experience in legal research and analysis in complex cases.
She draws on her combined experience in regulatory advice and litigation to assist a diverse clientele — including entrepreneurs, insurers, financial institutions, trust companies and financial service providers - with regulatory compliance, investigations, licensing and distribution matters, while representing them before civil, administrative and arbitration tribunals.
