David Cross is an employment and labour lawyer based in Sydney.
David specialises in dispute resolution, compliance training and crisis management in employment, industrial relations and anti-discrimination law.
He is experienced in all aspects of the employment relationship, including drafting and negotiating contracts of employment, advising on workplace restructures and other corporate transactions, employee and executive remuneration and benefits, performance management and disciplinary issues. David regularly advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and issues surrounding the transfer of businesses, whether by mergers and acquisitions or by outsourcing. He has worked on the industrial relations issues arising from some of the largest business acquisition/disposal transactions in the country.
David conducts enterprise negotiations with employers and trade unions in a wide range of industries.
