Toronto advised Bank of America on US$65m ABL credit facility in favour of PSC Metals

Our Toronto office acted as Canadian counsel to Bank of America, N.A., as agent for the Lenders, in connection with a new US$65m senior secured asset-based credit facility.

PSC is one of North America’s largest recyclers of scrap metal products. PSC collects, trades, brokers, processes and recycles ferrous and non-ferrous metal. PSC invests continually in their facilities in order to maximize cost efficiencies, to provide high customer satisfaction, to deliver high quality products and to ensure regulatory and environmental compliance by focusing on continuous improvement of their facilities and infrastructure upgrades.
