Eric Bellemare’s practice covers all areas of intellectual property, with a particular focus on technology law, copyright and administrative law.
Before joining our Montréal office, Mr. Bellemare clerked with Justice Richard Boivin of the Federal Court of Appeal (previously of the Federal Court).
While studying law, Mr. Bellemare worked as a student clerk with Justice Richard Wagner, then of the Quebec Court of Appeal (now of the Supreme Court of Canada), volunteered for Action Réfugiés Montréal and the Montreal Artists Legal Clinic and edited the McGill Law Journal.
