Tom Johnson is a banking lawyer based in London. He specialises in rail financing transactions and has extensive experience advising on a wide variety of rail-related matters, both in the UK and internationally. He is also global head of the rail group.
Tom is described in Chambers UK 2014 as "one of the most respected practitioners in the field of rail finance."
He joined our London practice in 2004 having previously worked in the Tokyo office of another leading international legal practice for a number of years.
Tom obtained a BA (First Class Hons) from Cambridge University.
