Marc d’Haultfoeuille is an IP & IT, outsourcing/offshoring/sourcing lawyer based in Paris.
Marc specialises in all aspects of intellectual property law and technology law, including copyright, e-commerce, telecommunication, media (TV, radio), encryption and data protection issues, on-line marketing and sales, anti-piracy programs, software licensing, IT /telecom services agreements and distribution agreements. He advises both on transactional and contentious matters and represents end users' clients as well as service providers.
Marc writes regularly for the business and legal press. Since several years, he has been nominated as a Key Lawyer in outsourcing/IT/Telecom and media issues (Chambers and Legal 500).
Marc is currently Co-President of the Outsourcing Commission at Institut Esprit Service (linked to Medef, the French Confederation of Business Enterprises). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995. He holds a postgraduate degree in international business law from the University of Paris X - Nanterre (1988).
