Biography

Gary Gould is a senior associate in the Houston office, representing an array of clients in complex commercial litigation. Gary has litigated energy sector disputes involving joint venture and M&A transactions, as well as goods and services agreements. He has also represented financial institutions in varied high-stakes litigation and advised financial clients in enforcement matters involving state and federal regulators. Prior to joining the firm, Gary served for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth M. Hoyt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
